Ordering Guidelines

Our website is updated on a daily basis. Our price guarantee is only valid until the order is placed.

Prices are always valid just on the day of your order. Discounts or vouchers that were not valid at the time you placed your order will not be honoured.

Please double-check all orders before finalising and submitting them online.

All orders must be reviewed promptly upon receipt in order to remedy any inconsistencies. In the event of an error, please send a snapshot of the product with its label and lot number clearly visible to contacts@solarosette.com along with your Order number.

Payment Methods

The full amount must be received before an order can be processed, packaged, and shipped.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

Order Processing Time

Orders usually get processed within one business day after submission. Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays may take longer to process.

Order Delivering Time

Orders usually take 1-2 business days at Jordan and 5-10 business days for international shipments.

Some of the countries may take longer to arrive.

International Orders

Customers must confirm and pay all local customs, taxes, or charges levied by the country referenced in their shipping address. Any country-specific or local fees are not included in the order total.

Because of the differences in customs laws across countries, the arrival timings are only estimates. Customers should also contact their local customs authorities to confirm any VAT, taxes, or customs charges that may be applicable in their country.
